The Practice of Leadership Session from the 2016 Global Leadership Forum challenged the notion of a “leader” and instead posit leadership as a process and activity that can be exercised by all. Prof. Heifetz shares how the Adaptive Leadership framework can be operationalized to help individuals and organizations adapt and thrive in challenging environments. The discussion also explored how this can be applied in the context of a global institution like the World Bank Group.
